Good news! Placerville’s own Natural Drift has signed with Pleasant Valley Music and their new recording, She Planted the Evidence On Me, has JUST come out on Squirty Records! Of course, PVM’s good buddy George Goodell plays banjo with the ‘Drifters’, and the good folks in the group have been friends with us for years. So it feels right.

This news comes at an especially poignant time, as the “Drifters” have not only come out with their debut recording, but they were also chosen from scores of good California bands as a California Showcase act at the California Bluegrass Association’s Father’s Day Bluegrass Festival in Grass Valley, CA, which takes place June 12-15 2008.
